- Entrepreneurial exploration
- Specialized career strategy and campaign plan to manage the process during the search
- Enhanced networking techniques as well as networking and interviewing skills and developmental tools
- Image and personal development consulting to assist in search related personal development
- Personal marketing techniques including improvement of presentation and communication skills
- Videotaped skills development sessions
- Introduction to financial advisor
- Career enrichment seminars (Visiting Experts)
- Participation in Executive Leadership Forum (senior networking and alliance building), skill building sessions
- Spousal consultant to address family and partner issues that may impact the search, including dual career issues
- Employment agreement guidance including compensation research and consulting to assist in negotiating compensation and benefits packages, equity positions, entitlements and titles
- Assimilation coaching in the new position to help ensure an effective transition
