Assessing team effectiveness is a proven and practical methodology for improving work group performance. It provides the team with specific feedback as to what team members see going well and what needs improvement.

In order for teams to be effective the following areas of group behavior must be addressed:

  • The team has the right mix of skills to bring to the table including technical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • The team has developed appropriate approaches to problem solving
  • The team is able to skillfully execute the strategy

Most work in organizations is accomplished through teams. Whether the team is ad-hoc, virtual, matrixed or an intact work group, the diverse background and style of each team member may cause increased conflict and miscommunication, resulting in compromised performance.

  • Team Effectiveness Survey – Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of the team
  • Employee Engagement Survey – Measures the impact of the team on the overall engagement level and productivity of the firm
  • Talent Profile – Each team member takes online assessment
  • 360° Leader Behavior Assessment – Each team member completes an online 360 questionnaire, which shows individual members how they contribute to the team's overall effectiveness
  • Pre-Workshop Interviews – An interview with each team member is conducted to gain further insight into the Team Effectiveness Survey results
