Warren Kahn
Director, Organizational Development
As Director of Organizational Development, Warren Kahn is responsible for the firm’s leadership, team and associated program development. Warren is also an executive coach and works with senior teams and executives.
Warren has over twenty-five years of extensive corporate HR experience helping organizations achieve success through organizational and employee development. He is committed to client satisfaction by understanding the needs of his clients, building and fostering relationships, and delivering the services that make a value-added difference in people and their organizations.
Warren was an internal HR consultant with a focused effort in coaching, facilitation, training, and leadership and team development. He has worked in various industries including manufacturing, communications, utilities, and pharmaceuticals, and has had corporate roles within Hoffmann La-Roche, Public Service Electric & Gas, ITT Defense Communications, and Hilti Fastening Systems.
As an external consultant for the past five years, Warren broadened the scope of his work with clients to include energy management and control systems, financial services, and non-profit industries. Internationally, Warren has contributed to the development of over 300 leaders in global clients’ organizations, and has worked with leaders and teams to address the issues of multi-cultural differences in global organizations.
Over the course of his career Warren has applied his training design and development skills by creating workshops in performance management, competency development planning, project management, strategic leadership, relationship development, and interviewing skills.
Warren received his B.S. in Education from the State University College of New York at Buffalo. In addition, he is certified in CCL’s Benchmarks 360-degree feedback tool and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which he uses extensively in coaching, and leadership and team development initiatives globally.
