Our Insights and Inroads leadership development program is the perfect solution for organizations that want to implement a leadership development initiative but don’t have the resources to do so. Designed for new and emerging leaders through to director level, this eight module program builds critical team and leadership development skills and competencies:

• Module Two: Leadership
• Module Three: Communication
• Module Four: Emotional Intelligence
• Module Five: Leaders as Coaches – Optimizing Performance Outcomes
• Module Six: Change Management
• Module Seven: High Impact Executive Presence
• Module Eight: Workshop Synthesis

Included in the program are:

• A 360-degree feedback process for each participant 
• In- and post-session executive coaching to review plans, ensure transfer of learning and enhance performance back in the workplace

At the end of the program, participants synthesize their learning into a development action plan for ongoing development.

We offer considerable flexibility in program delivery, from an intensive 3 days in a classroom setting, to several weeks or months. We also offer a blended classroom/online delivery option.
