Executive Transition

Working with executives requires more strategic elements of transition support and at times a very different approach. Our consultants will create a customized assessment of the executive’s leadership skills/style, accomplishments, strengths, needs and career/personal life goals. The information resulting from the assessment(s) will help to provide a strategic direction for the transition process. Executives have unique networking and career building opportunities and a need for highly personalized and confidential transition support. Each executive is assigned a Senior Career Consultant, plus a team of experts, all accomplished in transition and coaching for business leaders. The service is not limited by time, so the executive can work at his/her desired pace. AJO will seek opportunities to provide introductions to other senior leaders in order to expand networking opportunities to the executive in transition.
