NJ HR Benchmarking Study                                                                                

This study of New Jersey HR business leaders was conducted by A.J. O’Connor Associates in the Fall of 2009 in order to examine the business environment to be faced by NJ organizations, in 2010. The study was designed to gain a better understanding of the needs of its clients and prospects, in order to serve them better. It explores critical business and HR priorities for 2010; the use of external HR consulting firms and the role and focus of HR leaders today, including experience and competencies for advancement as well as sources tapped by HR leaders to stay up to date.
