Senior HR Advisory Board (SHRAB)

A.J. O’Connor Associates formed the Senior Human Resource Advisory Board (SHRAB) in June 2008, to bring together senior human resource leaders from organizations in the Tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut). This forum provides an opportunity for senior HR Leaders to network, share ideas and discuss business challenges.

Meetings are held quarterly (8.00 - 10.00 a.m.) at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ, or our offices. We also hold meetings at the corporate offices of SHRAB members as and when they are able to host them.

Members possess an average of 20 years experience in human resources and currently oversee the human resources function for their organizations. Industries represented by our members include pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, consumer goods, manufacturing, communications, retail, hospitality, chemicals, financial services and business information services.
