Nat Caputi - AJO Career Coach
Hi! I am Nat Caputi, Career Coach and facilitator of AJO's Executive Networking Forum (ENF).
The ENF was established in 2009 with the goal of facilitating networking and sharing of ideas and information among AJO’s most senior executives in career transition.
This Forum meets every other week at AJO's office in Parsippany, NJ (with a dial-in option for those who cannot attend in person.)
Each meeting includes the opportunity to network with the following additional outcomes in mind:
  • Share information, contacts and best practices regarding the job search process for the purpose of continued education and training
  • Gain exposure to a peer group as well as other career coaches in the AJO community
  • Provide structure and accountability in a peer group setting to ensure participants are meeting their outlined objectives between meetings
In addition, we are looking to provide alumni executive contact information to this group to help further their networking efforts.

Meeting Format

Each meeting follows this format:
  • Roundtable
  • What's going well
  • What help you need from group members
  • Assignment (I.e. articles, to do’s)
  • Next meeting date

Here's What They're Saying

"Listening to the experiences of others was helpful, and it was also nice to be able to provide some insight to others that hopefully they found useful...helping others feels good. To this last point, some actual new, 2nd-level connections and introductions were made as a result of being part of the ENF...practicing what the forum preaches about networking."
VP, Sales - Telecommunications Industry
"The topics introduced by Leanne always get you thinking as to how you can improve your search efforts. I’ve been able to network with other execs to hear how they are approaching their searches, feedback on my resume and suggestions on my search."
COO & CFO - Supply Chain Management Services
"The group has been a great sounding board for my search efforts. Understanding the different approaches that others are taking definitely stimulates ideas that I can implement. I’ve also formulated some personal connections whereby I can run ideas by or perhaps can request some expertise in certain areas."
VP, Sales - Consumer Electronics
