- Meetings can be conducted face-to-face, in-office and/or by phone and/or by videoconferencing.

Program Tools and Resources
Learning and technology tools and resources are available until successful transition, regardless of duration of program. We offer a blended learning model which provides live webinars, in-office seminars and AJO's portal with its library of “just-in-time” learning.
Today's job market demands that we offer participants flexibility to pursue opportunities that may be temporary or short-term in nature, allowing them to resume their programs if and when necessary. If a long search is inevitable, our goal is to support each individual during extended searches and ensure participant confidence levels remain high with ongoing support, especially during later program stages.
Our programs are designed with maximum flexibility in mind with adequate consultative time set aside for exclusive use in one-on-one coach meetings. This is frequently cited as the most valuable aspect of our services.
