In light of this, we are committed to serving our community by investing our time and resources in various causes, philanthropies, and nonprofits, as well as by donating 10,000 hours of career transition services and coaching to emerging leaders in our community.

Police Unity Tour

Every year, one of our very own rides in the Police Unity Tour. With the primary purpose of raising awareness of Law Enforcement Officers killed in the line of duty, Andy O’Connor, Principal of AJO and former Law Enforcement officer, honors lives lost as he rides from New Jersey to Washington, DC, with 2,600 other members worldwide. Cornerstone Family Programs New Jersey

Beginning in 1813; Cornerstone has been a long-standing foundation with the mission of supporting those in need. Today, they support underserved and immigrant families through childcare services, economic mobility classes for youth and families, arts, recreation, healthy aging, and other robust community engagement opportunities to bring access to anyone in need. The Shakespeare Theater of New Jersey

AJO is a proud supporter of the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Their mission goes further than bringing new life to the world’s classics but also to provide transformative experiences in classrooms. As a teaching theater, the company is dedicated to using the classics as interdisciplinary teaching tools for artist training and arts education, fueling the future of the arts. Jersey Battered Women Service

JBWS is a private, nonprofit agency that provides safety, support, and solutions for abuse for anyone who lives or works in primarily Morris County, NJ and faces the issues of intimate partner abuse. AJO financially supports their mission of domestic violence prevention through the protection and empowerment of the victim, the rehabilitation of family members, the advocacy for social reform to prevent partner violence, and the education of the public about domestic violence and its consequences. Market Street Mission

Since 1889, the Market Street Mission has been a refuge for those facing poverty, homelessness and addiction in our New Jersey neighborhoods. Each year, AJO offers financial support to help progress their ongoing mission. To learn more about Market Street Mission, click here.

Zack Bunsa Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created in loving memory of Robert Zachary Bunsa and provides financial assistance to deserving Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) students. The scholarship covers approximately 50% of each recipient’s annual all-in RVCC costs, helping more young adults obtain a higher education. Learn more about the Zack Bunsa Memorial Scholarship here.

Employment Horizons

Since 1957, Employment Horizons has worked to provide a full scope of employment services and opportunities for people with disabilities. The organization is committed to supporting over 500 people annually through job placement, training, and workplace support. At AJO, we commit our time and financial resources to Employment Horizons and those they support to help turn opportunities into reality.  Learn more about their incredible work here.
