Our DiSC workshop gave our team a new level of self-awareness and understanding, empowering us to communicate more effectively and better appreciate each other’s strengths. Our facilitator was fantastic and explained the concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. A.J. O’Connor was one of the most fun and enthusiastic groups my team has ever worked with, and we are already discussing ways we can partner with them again for professional development opportunities in the near future.
